Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases May 27-June 2:

Beau Herman Miller, 23, was found guilty of an amended offense partner or family member assault, second offense. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 338 days suspended and credited for 27 days served. Miller was also fined $500 plus $85 in court costs.

Tyler J. Parmenter, 20, pleaded not guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, over age 18, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Michael Jerome Dickson, 32, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Dickson also pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with 8 suspended and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs. If Dickson provided six months proof of insurance on November 30, 2011, the two days of jail time will be waived.

James Ray Anthony Buccelli, 45, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 170 suspended and credited for 10 days already served. He was also fined $300 plus $85 in court costs.

Robert Allen Hulford, 56, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license, never possessed. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs. Hulford also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.

Jason Scott Kausshen, 40, pleaded guilty to intoxicated pedestrian walking or standing on roadway or shoulder. He was fined $65 plus $35 in court costs.
