Judge Justin L. Bartels dealt with the following cases April 22 - May 25:
Julius Robert Macker, 28, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license, expired more than 180 days. He was found guilty, sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $135 in court costs.
Phillip Rae Gribble, 30, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Eric Melvin Templeton, 24, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight suspended and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. He also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended and fined $250 plus $135 in court costs.
Wesley Tyrone Burns, 24, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.
Brandy Cheyenne Mattingly, 34, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, third or subsequent offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to six month in jail with all suspended, and fiend $500 plus $35 in court costs. Mattingly also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended, and fined $250 plus $135 in court costs. She also pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs. Additionally, Mattingly pleaded guilty to following too close, insufficient space between vehicle or combo, including caravan but not a funeral procession. She was found guilty and fined $50 pus $35 in court costs.
Felicia Ferriter, 22, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, driving 35 mph in a posted 25 mph zone.
Cheryl Fay, 53, forfeited a $50 bond for failing to obey a red (stop) traffic signal. She was also charged $35 in court costs.
James Vernon Roylance, 18, pleaded guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.02 percent BAC, under 21 years of age, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.
Christine Anderson, 39, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Tyler Eugene Welch, 25, forfeited a $30 bond for speeding, driving 37 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. He was also charged $35 in court costs.
Manuel Alexander Marquez, 24, pleaded guilty to a stop sign violation. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Michael Northcutt, 43, forfeited a $65 bond for speeding, driving 40 mph in a posted 25 mph zone.
