Judge Justin L. Bartels dealt with the following cases June 21-July 21:

Casey Andrew Jackson, 25, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Steven Spencer Clairmont, 19, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, second offense. He was found guilty and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs.

Richard Fry, 42, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.

Heather Marie Muth, 37, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of driving under the influence, first offense. She was found guilty, her driver’s license was suspended for one year, she was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended, and fined $300 plus $85 in court costs. Muth also pleaded guilty to obstructing a peace officer. She was found guilty, and per a plea agreement was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended. She was also fined $100 and $85 in court costs.

Crystal Blu Azure, 28, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. She was citied again, three weeks later, for driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Again she pleaded guilty and the court found her guilty, and Azure was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Azure also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.

Additionally, Azure pleaded guilty to theft, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Scott O’Neil Jones, 31, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Tatianna Kimler, 22, pleaded guilty to speeding, driving 35 mph in a posted 15 mph zone. She was fined $85.

Jeffrey Douglas Freeman, Jr., 26, pleaded guilty to failing to have child under 6 years old and less than 60 pounds properly restrained. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs. Freeman also pleaded guilty to a stop sign violation. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Dawn Marie Tash, 31, pleaded guilty to theft, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Gerald Dustin Hess, 37, forfeited a $55 bond for speeding, driving 26 mph in a posted 15 mph zone.

Kevin Michael Avison, 38, forfeited a $95 bond for speeding near school or senior citizen center.

Terrace Raymond Sias, 20, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Cameron Barber, 22, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to six months plus two days in jail with six months suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Andrew Maynard, 28, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, driving 25 mph in a posted 15 mph zone.

George Larry Jent, 59, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, driving 35 mph in a posted 25 mph zone.

Catherine Longacre, birthdate unknown, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, driving 35 mph in a posted 25 mph zone.

Tony Muzquiz, 44, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding, driving 35 mph in a posted 25 mph zone.

Oksana Neverenko, 21, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, driving 35 mph in a posted 25 mph zone.

Ashley Peiffer, 23, pleaded guilty to speeding, driving 44 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. She was fined $40.

Roger Lee Ladd, 52, forfeited a $250 bond for failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle. He was also charge $35 in court costs.
