Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases July 8-14:

Kevin Randall McKay, 22, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, third or subsequent offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 suspended. McKay was also fined $450 plus $35 in court costs.

Echo Lynch Delong, 42, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs. Jail time must be completed by Sept. 1, 2011.

Lawrence Joe Redmann, 57, pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs. Redmann did plead guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Jessica Jean Alexander, 32, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 89 suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.

Dayton Leonard Rossetti, 18, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days with all suspended, and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs.

Angela Marie Welch, 35, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less), first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Michael Arthur Adams, 57, pleaded guilty to vicious dog control, (citation issued June 12). He was found guilty, sentenced to180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs. Adams also pleaded guilty to vicious dog control, (citation issued July 1). He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $65 plus $35 in court costs.

Karl Siah Roosa, Jr., 44, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs. Roosa also pleaded guilty to failing to remain at property accident scene, two vehicles both attended. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.

Amanda C. Gray, 21, pleaded guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.
