Judge A. Doug Olson dealt with the following cases June 4 - July 8:
Autumn Leigh Bailey, 23, pleaded guilty to following too closely. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Salvador Vicente Scialabba, 42, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to five days in jail with five days credited. Scialabba was also fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.
Joshua Star Barker, 34, pleaded not guilty to criminal mischief, pecuniary loss less than $1,500. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $85 in court costs. Barker was also ordered to pay $605 in restitution.
Alyssa Victoria Fristsen, 21, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
Sallye Sams, 46, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of careless driving. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.
Douglas Allen Whitewater, 22, pleaded guilty to theft, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to one day in jail and credited for one day served, and fined $300 plus $85 in court costs. Additionally, Whitewater pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct. He was found guilty of both and fined $60 each, plus $85 each in court costs.
Jennah Lynn Siegfried, 21, entered a no contest plea for operating a vehicle without permit displayed on rear of vehicle. The court acknowledged the no contest plea and fined Siegfried $30 plus $35 in court costs. Also, Siegfried pleaded guilty to failing to carry insurance, second offense. She was found guilty and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs. She also pleaded guilty to driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs. Lastly, Siegfried entered a no contest plea for failing to obey a red (stop) traffic signal. The court accepted the no contest plea and fined Siegfried $30 plus $35 in court costs.
Kristiopher M. Lawson, 22, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to one day in jail, and fined $485. He also pleaded guilty to a stop sign violation. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Dayna B. McClure, 64, pleaded guilty to failing to yield right-of-way to vehicle on the right. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Fordyce D. Erickson Jr., 46, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $60 plus $85 in court costs.
Louella Hamilton Keeney, 73, entered a no contest plea for a stop sign violation. The court accepted the no contest plea and fined Keeney $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Daniel Raymond Little, 55, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $60 plus $85 in court costs.
Michael Conrad Preece, 51, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass to property. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $85 in court costs.
