Judge Sharon Richardson dealt with the following cases June 1-10:
Kayle S. Hale, 19, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty and sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended, and fined $200 plus $35 in court costs. She also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Joshua Diepstraten, 29, pleaded guilty to a local speed violation. He was found guilty and fined $75. He also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended, and fined $200 plus $35 in court costs. Additionally, Diepstraten pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.
Troy Ricciardi, 31, forfeited a $50 bond for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Tammi Meuli, 33, forfeited a $50 bond for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. She also forfeited a $50 bond for speeding, going 55 in a 45 mph zone.
Derrick Roberts, 22, pleaded guilty to a local speed violation, going 58 mph in a posted 45 mph zone. Roberts pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended and fined $35 in court costs.
Michelle Fenger, 40, forfeited a $20 bond for a seatbelt violation.
The following people forfeited a $50 bond for speeding, going 1-10 mph over the posted speed limit: Albrecht Bircher, 52; Fred Lang, 67; Susanna Phillips, 69; Timothy Gaertner, 45; Rodney Berg, 62; Heath Parkin, 28; John Robinson, 62; Colette Gross, 52.
The following people forfeited a $75 bond for speeding, going 11-20 mph over the posted speed limit: Clara Redman, 75; Rebecca Nickel, 50; Christopher Goff, 28; Craig Stafford, 42; Sharon Burgess, 63.
The following people forfeited a $100 bond for speeding, going more than 20 mph over the posted speed limit: Maria Zedeno, 50.
