Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases June 24-30:

Franklin Scott Mansfield, 52, pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance, second offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.

Paul William Bishop, 54, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs. Bishop also pleaded to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.

Theron M. Sias, 23, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving. He was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.

Comfort Trellis Bolen, Sr., pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs. Also, Bolen pleaded not guilty to resisting arrest. He was found guilty, sentenced to 11 days in jail with six day credited and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs.

James Dale Murphy, 62, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving. He was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.

Edward Bert Hasbrook, 53, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license, expired less than 180 days. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Also, Hasbrook pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, third or subsequent offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $500 plus $35 in court costs.

Jennah Lynn Siegfried, 21, entered a no contest plea for careless driving. The court accepted her plea and fined her $50 plus $35 in court costs. She also entered a no contest plea for driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

The court accepted the no contest plea and sentenced Siegfried to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined her $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Andrew R. Zoufaly, 29, pleaded guilty to two counts of violating Fish, Wildlife and Parks commission or department orders or rules. He was found guilty and fined $50 for each count and $35 in court costs for each count.

Jessica James Pepprock, 20, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, over age 18, first offense. Pepprock was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Derrick Anthony Gerke, 20, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, over age 18, second offense. Gerke was found guilty and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs.

Dayton Leonard Rossetti, 18, entered a no contest plea for operating with alcohol concentration of 0.02 percent BAC under 21 years of age, first offense. The court accepted the no contest plea and fined Rossetti $350 plus $35 in court costs.

Joslyn R. Buccelli, 22, pleaded guilty to partner or family member assault, first offense. She was found guilty and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 335 suspended and credited for 10 days. She may be released after 10 days if she remains on SCRAM for 60 days. Buccelli was also fined $300 plus $85 in court costs. Also, Buccelli pleaded guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 170 suspended, and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs. As in the first sentence, she may be released after 10 days if she remains on SCRAM for 60 days.

James D. Snyder, 20, pleaded guilty to failing to have child under 6 years and/or 60 pounds properly restrained. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs. Snyder also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 day in jail with 175 suspended and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs. If he can provide proof of valid driver’s license, jail time will be reduced to two days.
