Judge Justin Bartels dealt with the following cases July 22 - Aug. 25:
Cari Lee Carter, 24, pleaded guilty to theft. She was found guilty, sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs. Carter was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $551.89.
Jordan Wayne Runkel, 19, pleaded guilty to theft. He as found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
Andrew Laue, 48, forfeited a $50 bond for speeding, driving 45 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. Laue also had to pay $35 in court costs.
Martha Lightfield Lloyd, 77, pleaded guilty to failing to yield to a vehicle entering or crossing the highway, resulting in an accident. She was fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Raven C. Dryden, 19, pleaded guilty to speeding, driving 38 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. He was found guilty and fined $40.
Cameron Kennedy Neiss, 19, pleaded guilty to following too closely, reasonable and prudent. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Jesse Mikesell, 28, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance, second offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight days suspended and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.
Terry Langston, 53, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, driving 35 mph in a posted 25 mph zone.
Misty Prescott, 40, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of exceeding restricted speed limit established by local authority. She was cited for driving 35 mph in a 15 mph zone. Prescott was fined $5 plus $35 in court costs.
Merlyn James Snyder, 29, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, third or subsequent offense. He was found guilty, had his driver’s license suspended for six months, and was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 suspended. He also was charged $35 in court costs.
Also, Snyder pleaded guilty to driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 177 suspended, and fiend $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Loletta Cisney, 80, pleaded guilty to careless driving. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Tadd Michael Wilson, 22, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended. Wilson was also fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Richard Greg Linse, 54, pleaded guilty to failing to use due care when pedestrian/bicyclist/child/impaired person observed upon roadway; failing to remain at accident scene where person was injured; and negligent endangerment. He was found guilty of all three charges.
Kimberly May Teigen, 34, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to two days in jail with two days suspended, and fined $300 plus $85 in court costs.
George Orsburn, 41, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.
Anjuli Danielle King, 24, pleaded guilty to following too closely. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Perry Penfield, 32, pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.
Also, Penfield pleaded not guilty to displaying license plates assigned to another vehicle. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.
