Judge A. Doug Olson dealt with the following cases July 23 – Aug. 19:

James Milton Adams, III, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty, sentenced to one day in jail, and fined $60 plus $85. Adams also pleaded guilty to assault. He was found guilty and fined $250 plus $85 in court costs.

Merik Flint Moran, 30, forfeited a $50 bond for speeding, driving 47 mph in a posted 35 mph zone.

Kathleen A. Hickey, 52, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty, sentenced to two days in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.

Marley Rose Birdinground, 20, pleaded not guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, first offense. She also pleaded not guilty to theft, first offense. Birdinground’s case was transferred to another court.

Stephen J. Vogel, 24, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to two days in jail and fined $250 plus $135 in court costs.

Vivian A. Bullchild, 57, pleaded guilty to theft, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to one day in jail, and fined $300 plus $85 in court costs. Bullchild was also ordered to pay $5.31 in restitution.

Monica Ann Nethercott, 28, entered a no contest plea for careless driving. The court accepted the plea and fined Nethercott $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Justin Wayne Crandall, 42, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 16 days in jail and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Crandall also pleaded guilty to habitual offender operating motor vehicle. He was found guilty, sentenced to 16 days in jail and fined $500 plus $35 in court costs.

Jeremy Wade Bryant, 35, pleaded guilty to theft, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to one day in jail, and fined $300 plus $85 in court costs. Bryant was also ordered to pay $25 restitution.

Kenneth L. Arnett, 47, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $60 plus $85 in court costs.

Rebecca Fichter, 20, pleaded guilty to following to closely. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

James Arnold Oschmann, 65, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Kloie June Clairmont, 18, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Seth Houston Williams, 20, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Jaret Raymond Freeman, 20, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs. Additionally, Freeman pleaded guilty to obstructing a peace officer. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Steven Leroy Lobdell, 57, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.

Terry Lynn Whiting, 49, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. She was found guilty and fined $225 plus $85 in court costs.

Justin Patrick Moldenhauer, 20, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to one day in jail, and fined $200 plus $185 in court costs. Moldenhauer also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $160 in court costs.
