Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases Aug. 12-18:

Will Augare, 35, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days is jail with 178 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Augure also pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance, second offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.

Alan James Prindel, 31, pleaded not guilty to theft, third offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended, to be served immediately, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Joseph Darrel Nelson, 19, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.

Cameron Cole Barber, 22, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.

John Preston Colby, 50, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Chance Robert Firestone, 20, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended and credited for one day already served. Firestone was also fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.

Maurice Degennaro, 72, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Leighann Cynthia Padilla, 29, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.
