Judge Chuck Wall heard the following cases from Sept. 9-22:
Seth Houston Dean Williams, 20, pleaded not guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, first offense, and not guilty to obstructing a peace officer. On the first count, he was found guilty and fined $300 and charged $85 in court costs. On the second count, he was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
Neil John Burkstrand, 26, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver's license, expired less than 180 days. He was found guilty and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Brandon Francis Gerrity, 24, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty, fined $300 plus $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended.
Joel A. Smith, 31, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty, fined $400 plus $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 364 suspended.
Richard D. Maynard, 65, pleaded not guilty to careless driving. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.
Roy Lee Sinclair, 64, pleaded not guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $115 plus $35 in court costs.
Chancey Lynn Lane, 27, was found guilty of failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, first offense. She was fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.
Francis Finley Mocabee, 76, pleaded guilty to failure to obey red traffic signal. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Michael LeRoy Simmons, 24, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $85 in court costs.
