Judge A. Doug Olson dealt with the following cases Aug. 19-Sept. 9:
Brandie Jean Rasmussen, 27, pleaded guilty to theft, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to one day in jail, and fined $300 plus $185 in court costs. Rasmussen was also ordered to pay $7.76 restitution.
Michael Glenn Fouty, 43, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of careless driving. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $65 plus $235 in court costs.
Lisa Marie Odegard, 50, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for driving without a valid driver’s license.
Justin Wayne Crandall, 42, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 16 days in jail and fiend $250 plus $35 in court costs. Crandall also pleaded guilty to habitual offender operating motor vehicle. He was found guilty, sentenced to 16 days in jail, and finrd $500 plus $35 in court costs.
Colton James Wheeler, 21, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to one day in jail, and fined $200 plus $185 in court costs. Wheeler also pleaded guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was found guilty and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs.
Shannon Kimberly Smith, 40, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. She was found guilty and fined $60 plus $85 in court costs.
