Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases Oct. 7-14:

Bradley Allen Lehuta, 30, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, fined $250 plus $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. If Lehuta provides proof of a valid driver’s license by Nov. 9, jail time will be waived. Lehuta also pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.

Jeramy Dale Combs, 28, was found guilty of owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, third or subsequent offense. He was fined $450 plus $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 suspended. Combs was also found guilty of displaying license plates assigned to another vehicle and fined $100.

Douglas Herome Hahn, 68, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.

Dirk Robert Flynn, 26, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana 60 grams or less, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs. Flynn also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found guilty and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs.

Diana Marlee Berry, 18, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21, under age 18, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
