Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases Sept. 30-Oct. 6:

Joseph A. Routzen, 21, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.

Monette F. Bernier-Shely, 57, pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs. Bernier-Shely also pleaded not guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to re-register. She was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.

Michelle Renee Shepherd, 33, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs. Shepherd also pleaded not guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, third or subsequent offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Donald Robert Mielke, 23, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, fined $250 plus $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. Mielke also pleaded guilty to speeding in a restricted/special zone. He was found guilty and fined $30 plus $35 in court costs. Mielke pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.

Richard A. Hill, 39, pleaded guilty to a stop sign violation. He was found guilty and fined $50. 

Hill also pleaded guilty to traveling the wrong direction on a one-way street or highway. He was found guilty and fined $50.

Donald S. Blank, 42, pleaded not guilty to criminal trespass to property. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs.

Alaina Shea Kinyon, 18, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.

Ronald James Printz, 68, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs. Printz also pleaded guilty to following too closely. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Cynarra Charliese Losleben, 33, pleaded guilty to turning when unsafe to do so. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
