Judge Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases Sept. 23-29:
John Benjamin Kujala, 29, pleaded not guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, second offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.
Cory Jay Brown, 41, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $85.
Cheri Anne Bush, 43, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without liability insurance in effect, second offense. She was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Bernard Randall Koble, 56, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to one day in jail and fined $300 plus $85 in court costs. Koble received credit for three hours served and must serve 21 hours in jail.
