Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases Oct. 21-27:

John Michael Ward, 42, pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. The court entered a no contest judgment, sentenced Ward to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined him $350. Also, Ward pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license. The court entered a no contest judgment and sentenced Ward to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined him $250.

Chase Thomas McConnell, 26, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, second offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight suspended. McConnell was also fined $500 with $150 suspended, and charged $35 in court costs. McConnell also pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.

Dustin Francis Henry Walker, 28, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 365 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $300 plus $85 in court costs.

Warren Robert Prescott, 26, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended. Prescott was also fined $400 and $85 in court costs.

Joshua Richard Grisak, 27, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, fined $400, and charged $85 in court costs.

Steven John Daering, 52, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.

Brady R. Fleming, 32, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.

Dylan Odell Carey, 20, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended. Carey was also fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.

Paris A. Moll, 18, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under age 21, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Maranda L. Spotted Eagle, 33, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, second offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with eight suspended and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs. If Spotted Eagle can provide proof of six months continuous insurance coverage through April 21, 2012, the jail time will be waived.
