Judge Sharon Richardson dealt with the following cases in November:
Jean Lingren, 33, pleaded guilty to speeding, traveling 59 mph in a 45 mph zone. She was found guilty and fined $75. Lingren also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty and sentenced to six months in jail, all suspended, and fined $200 plus $35 in court costs.
Randi Gariepy pleaded guilty to violating a dog/cat ordinance, was found guilty and fined $50.
Brian Ebensteiner, 28, pleaded guilty to improper passing-approaching intersection, was found guilty and fined $120 plus $35 in court costs.
Richard Jordan, 26, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to six months in jail, all suspended, and fined $200 plus $35 in court costs. Jordan also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.
Jacob Grebetz, 22, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to re-register. He was found guilty and fined $15 plus $35 in court costs.
The following people forfeited a $75 bond for speeding: Michael D. Wolfe, 29; Peter Davis, 21; and Champagne Wallace, 23; and Tyler Puckett, 18, forfeited a $150 bond for speeding.
