Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases Dec. 2-8:
Fallon S. Flynn, 20, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of .02 percent BAC under 21 years of age, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $450 plus $35 in court costs.
Kathleen Grace Bryan, 20, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under age 21 (over age 18), third or subsequent offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 suspended, and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs.
Lavar Gibson, 34, pleaded guilty to partner or family member assault, first offense. he was found guilty and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
Felis L. Romo, 30, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less), first offense. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs. Romo also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
