Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases March 2-8:

Zebadiah Tom Anschuetz, 32, pleaded guilty to filing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, third or subsequent offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 160 suspended, and fined $500 plus $35 in court costs.

Ingrid Patrice Miller, 38, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs. Miller must complete jail time by April 5.

Seth Nicholas Harpst, 28, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended, and fined $600 plus $85 in court costs.

Glenn Jerry Reum, 57, pleaded not guilty to habitual offender operating a motor vehicle. He was found guilty, sentenced to 365 days in jail with 341 suspended and 24 days credited. Reum was also fined $500 plus $35 in court costs.

Johnie Taylor, 37, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.

Ronald James Printz, 69, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. He was found guilty and fined $65 plus $35 in court costs. Printz also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, third or subsequent offense.

He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended, and fined $450 plus $35 in court costs. If Printz provides six months continuous insurance coverage, the five days in jail will be waived.

Dustin Aaron Bruyer, 31, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended and credited for two days. Bruyer was also fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Bruyer also pleaded guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 suspended and credited for five days. He was also fined $200 plus $85 in court costs.

Additionally, Bruyer pleaded guilty to false reports to law enforcement authorities. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.

Bram Merrick Odell, 24, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
