In a District 14-C matchup with the Noxon Red Devils on Saturday, the Arlee Scarlets won convincingly, 25-15, 25-22, 25-19.
Mahalia Hendren and Whitney Malatare led the team in aces with five each. Skyla Perry had 13 digs, closely followed by Bailey Rice and Malatare with 12 apiece. Hendren also led in kills with 12 and had four blocks for the Scarlets. Rice added 10 assists.
“(The girls) are all coming along and working as a team,” head coach Brian BigSam said.
The Scarlets travel to Victor Thursday and to Pablo Saturday to play Two Eagle River.
