POLSON — Santa has helpers everywhere, even in Polson. Last week, the women of PEO Chapter CA celebrated the holidays by ensuring nearly 20 area girls will have a merrier Christmas.
“Each year we make our holiday get-to-together more meaningful by helping others,” said Joyce Erikson, Chapter CA president. “Bringing dolls that will be loved by local girls is something we look forward to each year. I’m so proud we can support Share the Spirit.”
In addition to the dolls, the holiday party included an Italian-style brunch with members making traditional Italian recipes. There were 19 people in attendance, including Toni Young of Share the Spirit. “We are so glad that Toni was able to join us today,” Erikson said. “I am so thankful and appreciative to Jeanne Newgard, Lynn Sherick and Jan Block for making our holiday party so successful, and enjoyable.”
