Local churches host community dinners
POLSON — Polson Churches are hosting free community friendship dinners on Friday nights starting at 5 p.m. Different churches take turns hosting, with each church in charge of a different week of each month. While there are different flavors of churches and meals, each one is free and open to the public.
If you are interested in helping out, talk to the host at any of the participating sites to see how you can get involved. See the below for where to go for a free meal each Friday of the month. First Friday: Mission Church, 36673 Fair Meadow Lane; second Friday: Presbyterian Church of Polson, 301 4th Ave. E.; third Friday: Immaculate Conception Church, 1002 4th Ave. E; fourth Friday: JourneyBe Church, 101 7th Ave. W; fifth Friday: Polson Community Church, 1815 1st Street E.
BlueBay Campground closed for cultural events

BLUE BAY — The BlueBay campground will be closed to the public for cultural purposes on the following dates:
Thursday, June 19, and Friday, June 20, and also on Monday, June 23, though Friday, June 27.
Unless you are participating in the events taking place at BlueBay, we ask that you make alternative arrangements during this time. For more information contact Todd Espinoza, Wildland Recreation Program Manager at 406-883-2888 ext. 7289.
