"Friends of Janna Taylor", you should be ashamed. The first thought that comes to mind as I read the recent survey and the fliers that were mailed out on Janna Taylor’s behalf is desperation. Your misrepresentation of the facts to get votes implies recklessness as a last resort in the face of defeat. Shame on you.
I know Sen. Carmine Mowbray on many different levels. I worked for her as an employee when she and her husband owned several newspapers. She was a great boss who never made you feel like you were just an employee. Her leadership made me feel like a team member who took great pride in what we did as a team, working together to deliver value to our customers. The community of Polson and the surrounding area benefited from the quality product we produced.
I know her as a mother of four children who are all graduates of the Polson school system and several different Montana university systems. Carmine provided guidance and leadership to her children and instills in them her own conservative traditional values. She has always emphasized academics, good citizenship and honesty in her children as well as demonstrating these qualities in her own life. She volunteered time in the Polson schools providing assistance in the American Reads Program as well as being a substitute teacher at Polson High School. Her values in both her work and her family speak volumes as to her ethics, her nurturing and her leadership.
I also know her as an individual who is ethical, intelligent and the best choice for the Senate seat she so aptly represented in the last legislative session. Take a stand against misrepresentation, and vote for Sen. Carmine Mowbray on June 5.
