Give federal settlement to tribal members

It is my opinion, and I think a majority of tribal members’ opinions as well, to give this settlement to the members of our tribe. It should be up to us if we want to invest. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime chance for some of us to become debt-free or travel or help our friends and family who aren’t enrolled, or to just not have to live from paycheck to paycheck. I hope and pray that our Tribal Council practices empathy for us members who struggle financially in today’s economy to make ends meet. If they decide a 100-percent payout, it would give a lot of our members a breath of confidence and financial security.
