RONAN — Crews will install the final pavement markings in the turn lanes on US Highway 93. Traffic control will be in place. The turn lane will be closed for a short period where this work is occurring.
Installation of streetlights along US 93 will also continue. Single-lane closures may be required where electrical crews are working.
Fence installation and miscellaneous site cleanup will occur throughout the project area.
The speed limit remains at 35 mph in the construction zone. Please follow all posted signage and watch for workers and equipment.
Sidewalk work on the north side of Round Butte Road is substantially complete. Crews will be paving approaches and completing clean-up activities throughout the project area.
Crews will be onsite Monday, June 24, through Friday, June 28, from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. All work is dependent on weather and other unforeseen factors.
MDT appreciates the community’s feedback regarding the newly realigned intersection of US 93 with Old US 93 and 3rd Avenue. Solutions are being evaluated and we will provide an update as soon as possible.
