MT Dept. of Transportation
RONAN — Riverside Contracting Inc. continues work on the Ronan-North project the week of June 10. Electrical crews will be onsite installing streetlight poles along US Highway 93, and miscellaneous site cleanup will occur throughout the project area.
Traffic control will be in place. Single-lane closures may be required where crews are working along US 93. The speed limit remains 35 mph in the construction zone.
Please follow all posted signage and watch for workers and equipment.
On the north side of Round Butte Road, sidewalk work continues east of the railroad tracks. The road shoulders are closed where work is underway, and flaggers will periodically assist with safe travel.
Crews will be onsite Monday, June 10, through Friday, June 14, from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. All work is dependent on weather and other unforeseen factors.
In response to community feedback, the Montana Department of
Transportation (MDT) is evaluating the newly realigned intersection of US 93 with Old US 93 and 3rd Avenue. An update will be provided soon. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we work to deliver a safe solution.
