RONAN — Tinsley Jean Small-Tushka was born on Dec. 20, 2023, at the St. Luke New Beginnings Birth Center. She measured 8 pounds, 3ounces and 21 inches long. Parents are Kristin Small and Jeremy Tushka of Ronan. Paternal grandmother is Velma Tushka of Billings. Maternal grandparents are Sam and Betty Small of Browning. Tinsley joins siblings, Muriel, Luccio, Mathias, and Sean.
