Editor,
“We cannot live only for ourselves. A thousand fibers connect us with our fellow men.” As this quote by Herman Melville implies, we need each other to complete our work.
A sincere thank-you to our community for supporting the United Methodist Church Bazaar held Friday, Nov. 4. Thank you for overcoming the maze of roadwork to get to the church, and for buying crafts, raffle tickets and lunch.
Raffle winners Eleanor Collins and Doug Lichte, each took home a Pete Ramberg framed photograph donated by a church member.
With the help of our community, the United Methodist Women’s group raised more than $2,500 to spend on youth programs, local and worldwide mission projects.
ee you next year.
Dee Walker,
President Polson United Methodist Women
