Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases from Nov. 4-17:

Isola Lee Dean, 60, pleaded not guilty to operating a motor vehicle with alcohol concentration of .08 percent or greater, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.

Daniel Ryan Greiff, 24, pleaded guilty to no motorcycle endorsement. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Riley Patrick McCollum, 23, pleaded guilty to hunting/trapping/attempting to hunt/trap or possess a game animal without a license. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Michael W. Murray, 49, pleaded guilty to displaying license plates assigned to another vehicle. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Tye Amber (Fletcher) Herreid, 27, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration. She was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs. Herreid also pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.

Toddie James Buffalo, 30, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. 

Beverly Jean McElderry, 26, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs. McElderry also pleaded guilty to a stop sign violation. She was found guilty and fined $50.

Virginia Ruth Franks, 57, pleaded guilty to improper passing in a no-passing zone. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Carol Anne Ausband, 49, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Christopher R. Larson, 35, pleaded not guilty to negligent endangerment (substantial risk-death/serious bodily injury). He received a deferred sentence of 365 days in jail, all suspended, and was fined $250 plus $85 in court costs.

Savonnah S. Ryan, 23, pleaded not guilty to operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of .08 percent or greater, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.

Adam Robert Dubiel, 24, pleaded not guilty to operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of .08 percent or greater, second offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 365 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $600 plus $85 in court costs. Dubeil will receive credit for four days served.

Jay Patrick Frederick, 48, pleaded not guilty to operating a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of .08 percent or greater, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.

Charlene R. Burland, 47, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to five days in jail and fined $300 plus $85 in court costs.

Joshua Thomas Sheridan, 31, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, second offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to two days in jail and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs. Jail time will be waived if Sheridan provides proof he is covered by insurance by Dec. 16. Sheridan also pleaded guilty to following too closely. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Alfredo Holguin, 49, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 suspended, and fined $450 plus $35 in court costs. If Holguin provides proof of a valid driver’s license by Dec. 14, jail time will be reduced to five days.

Robert L. Smith Jr., 44, pleaded guilty to failure to obtaining landowner permission for hunting big game animals. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs. Smith also pleaded guilty to unlawful hunting from a public highway. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Robin Earlaine Lamar, 43, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.

Miranda G. Birthmark, 22, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.

Nicholas Patrick Kapcha, 28, pleaded guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.

Grace Helen Hansen, 20, pleaded guilty to failure to obey a stop traffic signal. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs. Hansen also pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.

Loren Donald Koberg, 53, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.
