LAKE COUNTY — Help support pollinators by growing pollinator habitat. Lake County Conservation District is continuing our Pollinator Initiative by giving away free pollinator seed at the Ronan Farmers Market on Oct. 7 and 14 from 4 to 7 p.m. and at the Polson Farmers Market on Oct. 8 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. We will also host an online workshop about pollinator plot site preparation and our new Urban Pollinator Initiative on Oct. 18 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. To save time at the farmers market, reserve your seed ahead of time by going to: https://lakecountyconservationdistrict.org/pollinator-initiative/ Find us on Facebook and Instagram to stay up-to-date on these and future events.
