ST. IGNATIUS — Allison Delaney, daughter of Stan and Sheri Delaney of St. Ignatius, is a local recipient of a Northwest Farm Credit Services Scholarship. Northwest Farm Credit Services has awarded 85 students from its five-state territory, a total of $212,500 in scholarships. In Montana, 21 scholarship program winners will each receive a $2,500 college scholarship. Allison plans on using her scholarship to attend Montana State University
