Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases March 16-22:

Amanda C. Gullotta, 32, pleaded not guilty to failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $115 plus $35 in court costs.

Lance Lyle Evans, 29, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of operating with.08 percent blood alcohol concentration or greater, second offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 365 days in jail, 360 suspended, and fined $600 plus $85 in court costs. Evans received credit for five days served.

Clinton Joseph Shepard, 30, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. he was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. If Shepard provides proof of a valid driver’s license by April 5, jail will be waived.

Erica B. Vigil, 21, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, 9 suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs. She received credit for one day served.

Sherman W. Nelson, 82, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $100.

Elen D. Kahm, 58, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of any drug (narcotic, etc.), first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.

Kaylynn M. Kraemer, 22, pleaded no contest to operating with .08 percent blood alcohol concentration or greater, first offense. She was fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.

Delta Dawn English, 26, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 suspended, and fined $450 plus $35 in court costs.
