A thank you goes to MT Cattlemen’s Association for a steer from Vaughn; White’s Meats in Pablo for processing it; and the MT Food Bank in Polson for distributing it to the Polson Senior Center.
Activities: Veterans’ representative on Friday, March 5, 10-noon; AARP sponsored free tax preparation on Monday and Thursday - call the center for an appointment; exercise class Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 10:30-11:30 a.m.; mahjong Wednesday, 12:30 p.m.; pinochle Thursday,12:30 p.m.; bingo on Friday at 7 p.m.; center board of directors Friday, March 12, 10:30 a.m.
Lunch is served at the center, available for take-out, or home delivered Monday-Friday from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m. The cost is $5 per meal. Call the center to make financial arrangements if you are a new client and need financial assistance.

— Wednesday, March 3: Salisbury steak, whipped potatoes, mixed veggies, Tex-Mex, pineapple cake
— Thursday, March 4: biscuits and sausage gravy, sausage links, green beans, apple salad, peaches
— Friday, March 5: pork tip gravy over noodles, broccoli, fruit, bread pudding
— Monday, March 8: beef noodle soup, egg salad sandwich, green salad, cobbler
— Tuesday, March 9: chicken Alfredo noodles, beets, pear salad, brownies
— Wednesday, March 10: barbecue pork ribs, baked potato, stir fry veggies, pea salad, cake
Each day we hear there are more people getting their vaccines. We will still need to wear a mask but we can get out and do more things very soon. Hope is near.
