POLSON — We are open with masks but we cannot guarantee your safety from COVID so use your best judgment about participating in meals and activities. Congratulations to Clara Sipe who was named Montana AARP 2020 Driver Safety Instructor. She has done it for over 37 years.
Activities are the same: exercise on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 10:30-11:30 a.m.; mahjong is played on Wednesdays at 12:30 p.m.; pinochle is played on Thursdays at 12:30 p.m., bingo is played on Fridays at 7 p.m.; the veterans’ representative will be at the center on Tuesday, Jan, 19; boxes of See’s Candy will be sold until they are gone.
Lunches are served at the center, available for take-out, or home delivered Mondays-Fridays from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. for $5.
Menu is:
— Wednesday, Jan. 13: barbecue beef ribs, potato wedges, baked beans, apple salad, pudding
— Thursday, Jan. 14: pot pie, biscuit, pear/cheese salad, fruit salad
— Friday, Jan. 15: chicken salad, potato wedges, spiced apples, coleslaw, lemon bars
— Monday, Jan. 18: vegetable soup, peanut butter/jelly sandwich, frozen fruit salad, pudding
— Tuesday, Jan. 19: baked chicken, dressing, mixed vegetables, cranberry Jell-O Salad, fruit cocktail cake
— Wednesday, Jan. 20: pork patties on bun/lettuce; carrots, 5-cup salad; bread pudding
