POLSON — The Center is open, however, we cannot guarantee your safety from COVID-19, so use your best judgment before participating in activities or meals.
Activities are the same as usual: exercise class is on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 10:30-11:30 a.m.; Pinochle is played on Thursdays at 12:30 p.m.; Mahjong is played on Wednesday at 12:30 p.m., Bingo is played on Fridays at 7 p.m.; the veterans’ representative will be here Tuesday, Dec. 15, from 10 a.m.-noon, the hearing clinic will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 22, 9-11 a.m.; the center’s board will meet on Friday, Dec. 11 at 10:30 a.m.; and See’s Candy is being sold.
Lunch is served in the center as well as take-out and home-delivery on Mondays - Fridays from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m. for $5 each.
The menu is:
— Wednesday, Dec. 9: baked chicken, potatoes, gravy, mixed veggies, copper Penne salad, butterscotch pudding
— Thursday, Dec. 10: ham loaf, scallop potatoes, corn, fruit salad, cake
— Friday, Dec. 11: oven stew, roll, pear and cheese salad, chocolate no-bake cookie
— Monday, Dec. 14: corn chowder, cheesy bread, green salad, cobbler
— Tuesday, Dec. 15: barbecue ribs, baked potato, baked beans, creamy fruit salad, cookie
— Wednesday, Dec. 16: chicken breast, stuffing, carrots, cranberry salad, ginger bread with lemon sauce
