Volunteer drivers for home-delivered lunches are needed. It takes about one-hour once per week and center vehicles may be used if desired. Call the Polson Senior Center at 406-883-4735.
Bailey Insurance is available to discuss Medicare and Medi-Gap options on Monday, Oct. 19, and Monday, Oct 26, from 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
Exercise classes are held Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Bridge is played on Tuesdays and Fridays starting at 12:30 p.m.
Mahjong is played Wednesdays starting at 12:30 p.m.
Pinochle is played on Thursdays starting at 12:30 p.m.
Bingo is played on Fridays starting at 7 p.m., door opens at 6:30 p.m.
Card Bingo is played on Thursday, Oct. 22, at 7 p.m.
There will be a Veterans’ representative at the center on Tuesday, Oct. 30, from 10 a.m.-noon
A Hearing Clinic will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 27, from 9-11 a.m.
Lunches are served in center, take-out and home-delivered Monday thru Friday from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m. for $5.
Menu:
— Wednesday, Oct. 14: pulled pork on bun, baked beans, mixed veggies, pasta salad, cake
— Thursday, Oct. 15: lemon chicken, rice, gravy, broccoli, pickled beets, banana cookie
— Friday, Oct. 16: taco salad, chips, yellow rice, creamy oranges, chocolate pudding
— Monday, Oct. 19: chicken, rice soup, peanut butter, jam sandwich, pear/cheese salad, fruit cocktail cake
— Tuesday, Oct. 20: sausage gravy/biscuit, link sausage, peas, coleslaw, peaches
— Wednesday, Oct. 21: meatloaf, baked potato, creamed corn, carrot/lime Jell-O, ginger bread with lemon sauce
— There will be no Thanksgiving dinner this year due to COVID-19.
