According to court records, on April 24, Lake County emergency dispatchers received multiple reports that the driver of a white sedan had run several other motorists of the road.
After being run off the road, one of the motorists was able to remove the keys of the suspect’s vehicle once it came to a stop. A responding law enforcement officer arrived and recorded Ferquist’s blood-alcohol content at .341.
District Judge Deborah “Kim” Christopher, who is not bound by the plea agreement, set sentencing for Oct. 15.
