FLATHEAD RESERVATION – The Lake County – CSKT Unified Command Center will be offering all residents of the Mission Valley a free COVID-19 test at four sites over four days.
Residents of Lake County and/or the Flathead Indian Reservation are invited to attend the drive-through event, which will be the largest testing event in Montana. Test for the event runs all day, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The four locations include:
Arlee Celebration Grounds, June 17
Pablo, Salish Kootenai College, June 18
Polson High School Parking Lot, June 19
Elmo, Standing Arrow Celebration Grounds, June 20
While times may vary, it’s estimated that the drive-through process will take no more than 30 minutes. Results will come in about a week. Testing data is one of the best tools for the medical community to keep everyone safe from the coronavirus. Testing for COVID-19 is simple with a quick nasal swab. The test is in accordance with Governor Steve Bullock’s goal to test 60,000 Montanans a month.
This test will show if you are infected. Note: This is not an anti-body test that reveals if you’ve ever had the virus; this test shows if you currently have COVID-19. Those who are tested will need to provide contact information to receive results. At this time there is no age limit to test. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian consent for testing. Forms will be available at each site. For more questions, call 406-275-2779 or write info@ucc-jic.com
Protect your family, protect yourself and protect your community. Get a test and help slow the spread.
