POLSON — The Lake County Democrats moved into their first-ever campaign office at 201 Main St., Polson, on the corner of U.S. Highway 93 and Main. You can reach us at 571-2025. Our hours are Monday-Thursday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Call Ruth Hodges to volunteer for any three-hour shift. Please come join us at our new office for all of the following events we are proud to announce:
• Aug. 22: Lake County Democrats meet for the August general meeting where you will meet our new Senate District 6 candidate, Nancy Lindsey, and HD-12 candidate Luke Wallawander. We’ll meet for social time at 6:30 p.m. followed by our meeting from 7- 8:30 p.m.
• Aug. 30: Steve Bullock will join us from 4-5 p.m. for a wonderful discussion and an old fashioned ice-cream social. Steve is our current Montana Attorney General and is running for Governor of Montana. We could sure use the loan of office chairs, folding chairs and a large format printer. Don’t forget to volunteer for a three-hour shift at the new office. Call (406) 571-2025.
