In these alarming and unprecedented times of the coronavirus, I appreciate the competent leadership of Governor Steve Bullock.
He gives us the straight scoop. He seeks and follows the advice of medical professionals, and he’s able to make the hard calls.
No one wants to have to make a decision that pits the public’s physical health against its financial health, but it’s necessary. Bullock has issued appropriate directives about closures.
We can hope that early decisive action will ultimately reduce the overall time of closures of public gathering places, schools, and businesses.
