Editor,
As with many good things, time goes by and interest falls. We want to thank all of the businesses and individuals who have donated silent auction items and food to our annual Winterfest fundraiser for SoupsOn. Thanks also to the many volunteers who spent months planning and serving on the big night in February every year.
Since SoupsOn will need funding to continue, we will look for other ways to raise funds. If you have new ideas, stop by and share.
SoupsOn will continue to serve lunch every Wednesday and Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Wander Inn, located on the corner of 1st Street and 7th Ave West in Polson.
We would like to invite volunteers to join us. We are a community of volunteers from several churches and local organizations, open to all who wish to help. Come to serve. Come to eat and visit with your friends and neighbors.
JourneyBe will also continue to serve Friday Table Dinner on the fourth Friday of every month, with new hours, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. We hope to see you soon. Thanks again.
