Produced in association with the Port Polson Players, “It’s A Wonderful Life” kicks off the annual fundraising drive for Mission Valley Friends of the Arts.
“The two organizations work hand in hand” according to MVFA President Carmine Mowbray. “Your tax-deductible support helps maintain and renovate Polson’s beautiful log theatre on the lake. MVFA provides the venue so the Players can provide the plays. The historic building just turned 80 this year.”
Patrons can send their contributions to MVFA, P.O. Box 1156, Polson, 59860. They can expect a receipt in the mail for tax records and a dollar off all Polson Player’s productions staged at the theatre.
Matt Sisler plays George Bailey and Dana Grant plays Clarence the Angel in the theater production of “It’s A Wonderful Life.” They join a cast of 26 on Nov. 30 through Dec. 9 at the Theatre on the Lake. Curtain is at 7:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays with Sunday matinees at 2 p.m. Call 406-883-9212 or go to PortPolsonPlayers.com for reservations or more information on becoming a member of the Mission Valley Friends of the Arts.
