POLSON — Dance in the Elks’ Ballroom, on Wednesday, Oct. 17, from 7-10 p.m. Ken’s Country Combo plays a variety of vintage country and rock and roll (pop) tunes that you can vary your dancing from a Waltz, to a one or two-step, or a cha-cha, etc. Dress is casual. The valley showed a an interest in old classic country/rock and roll type music as shown by the great attendance at Cowboy Country and The Gold Dust Girls dance, held at the Elks last month. So, if you want a place to dance, please come and join us on the first and third Wednesday of each month. We provide snacks during the 8:30 p.m. break. This is the week we celebrate everyone who has had or is going to have a birthday during October. A special cake is provided. The cover charge for the evening is $5. Drinks, and soft drinks are available for purchase in the bar. There is water at the bar but no bottled water available for purchase. The Elks have acquired all new white tables and nice comfortable chairs. They look really nice. Please come and join in on the fun.
