News from Ronan American Legion Post No. 138
RONAN — During the regular meeting of July 10, 2018, Department Vice-Commander Jeff Nelson of Polson Post #112 conducted the swearing in ceremony of the new Post Officers. They were as follows: Glen Sharbono Commander, Tom Leafty Vice Commander, Ed Cornelius Chaplain and Penrod Davis as Sergeant-At-Arms.
Glen Sharbono and Tom Leafty were elected to office in April of 2018 and assumed the duties of office immediately after the initiation. Commander Sharbono then appointed the remaining new Officers and Committeemen. Their terms of office will be from 2018-2020.
