RONAN — Guy Hill and Sean Perry have teamed up again.
The two restaurateurs previously worked together at Ricciardi’s and Finley Point Grill and most recently at the Lake Bar until its recent closure.
Hill had owned and operated Old World Deli in Polson for 5½ years, he said. Perry’s Pancake House operated out of the Lake Bar for about six months, Hill said.
Hill and Perry opened Little Montana, a family-style restaurant, on Friday, Feb. 2 at 63452 U.S. 93, across from the Exxon station, and in the building where Revive Coffee was previously located.
“We always try our best to please everybody,” Hill said, adding that he is typically the “kitchen guy” while Perry “takes care of the front.”
Hill said everything in the restaurant is homemade and will feature the food he has made previously, including hot and cold sandwiches, soups and salads.
Breakfast foods include specialty pancakes, breakfast burritos and eggs any style, including omelettes.
The restaurant will be open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. this week only for breakfast. Beginning next week the business will also serve lunch and be open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
Hill said plans are to eventually open for dinner.
