Judge Justin Bartels dealt with the following cases from March 10-31:
Cory Rodda, 24, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty the sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.
Jolynn Boucher, 29, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of careless driving. She was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.
Heather Ann Hilario, 46, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $150 plus $135 in court costs.
Lance Jay Weeden, 46, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance, owner or operator, second offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended. He was fined $200 plus $35 in court costs. Weeden also pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 173 suspended, and fined $600 plus $85 in court costs.
Malina Bourdon, 20, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief, loss less than $1,500. She was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended and charged $85 in court costs. Additionally, Bourdon pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under age 21 (over age 18), second offense. She was found guilty and fined $50 with all suspended and $85 in court costs.
Justin Olson, 27, pleaded guilty to theft. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 suspended, and fined $1,000 plus $85 in court costs. Olson also pleaded guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was found guilty and sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $85 in court costs.
Johnathan Daniel Wright, 25, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, third or subsequent offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to six months in jail with all suspended, and fined $500 plus $35 in court costs. Additionally, Wright pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Samantha Drake, 24, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. She was found guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.
Teresa M. Posivio, 28, pleaded guilty to following too closely. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35.
Audrey Blood, 28, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty, sentenced to two days in jail with all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
