Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases Nov. 18-24:

Dominick A. Buccelli, 18, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license, expired more than 180 days. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs. Buccelli also pleaded guilty to tobacco possession or consumption, under 18 years, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $50. Buccelli also pleaded guilty to a second charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs. Buccelli also pleaded guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of .02 percent, under 21 years of age, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $350 plus $35 in court costs.

Christopher Michael Pierre, 50, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 suspended, and fined $500 plus $85 in court costs.

William Edward Templer, 30, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.

Jamie Dean Seely, 48, pleaded guilty to violating a vicious dog control ordinance. She was found guilty and fined $100.

Anthony Joseph Wetherington, 21, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
