‘Treasure Island’ presented in Arlee
ARLEE — Follow young Jim Hawkins and his friends as they sail a dangerous sea of adventure with Long John Silver and his pirate band at the helm during Arlee High School’s production of “Treasure Island.”
Join us at the Arlee High School Stage at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 18, as Missoula Children’s Theatre and over 50 local students present an original musical adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson’s epic novel “Treasure Island.”
Auditions are open for students in grades K-12. Please look for the permission slip sent home on Tuesday, Nov. 7. Return your signed permission slip by Thursday, Nov. 9. Auditions will take place in the 3-6 building’s multipurpose room on Monday, Nov. 13, from 4:05-6:05 p.m.
CASA advocates needed, training offered
POLSON — Become a volunteer CASA Advocate. Training with CASA of Lake and Sanders Counties will be offered Nov. 11, 18 and 25. Advocates are needed for abused and neglected children throughout Lake County. Call 406-883-0158 for more information.
