To clarify a portion of last week’s court news – Judge James A. Manley gave Nicholas Ayers Olson, 31, of Polson, a three-year suspended sentence to the Department of Corrections for his fourth DUI, a felony, under the condition that Olson completes Lake County Drug Court. Olson also received suspended sentences of six months and one year for two misdemeanor DUIs, which will run concurrently with the three-year sentence. Olson, who completed the Rimrock drug and alcohol treatment program in Billings, was given 30 days credit for completing that program and ordered to pay $7,100 in fines and fees.
