News from Delta Kappa Gamma Upsilon chapter
MISSION VALLEY – The Upsilon chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma welcomed new member, Pam Oberwegner, at its September meeting in Polson. Delta Kappa Gamma, a teachers’ organization, comprised of current and retired teachers from the Mission Valley, recognizes excellence in education. Oberwegner, who brings 26 years of teaching experience, has taught math at Polson Middle School for the past 18 years. Prior to that, she taught in Colorado and Arizona.
Oberwegner describes herself as a “math nerd,” and someone who is always thinking of ways “to get kids better at math.” She and her husband, David, stay busy with their children’s activities and 4-H.
